Group Blast

Group Blast is a one-hour, results-driven cardio workout that uses exciting energetic music and The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring because you will do it all: walk, jog, run, jump, plyometrics, balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills – all on and off The STEP. With the adjustability of The STEP, intensity is easily managed so anyone, whether you are new to exercise or an athlete in training, will feel successful. HAVE A BLAST!

Group Core

Group Core uses functional and integrated exercises to train you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. You’ll build a strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, to improve your athletic performance and make you quicker and faster in all that you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging and like nothing else. HARD CORE!

Group Fight

Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that burns calories and builds total body strength. Group Fight uses cutting-edge moves to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick the stress out of your life! FIGHT FOR IT!

Group Power

Group Power is a high-rep weight training workout that combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. Athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic music and a motivational group atmosphere and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training. We will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best. POWER UP!

CARDIO DANCE

Come join the fun as we use easy to follow routines for a high energy, fat burning class that will make you forget you are working out. Keep your body in shape as you tone your core and muscles while improving your cardiovascular health. Our Cardio Dance class will get you moving and grooving with a smile on your face.

HIP-HOP FITNESS

Join us here, at the club, to bust out some new moves in this creative, fun dance class. You’ll have fun and burn calories at the same time!

ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of various dance styles, including Latin and other International themes, to create a dynamic and exciting workout. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.”

HIIT EXPRESS

High Intensity Interval Training doesn’t get any more fun than this class. We spend 30-minutes alternating bouts of hard work, through cardio and strength training, and rest to torch those calories and push you to the next level. While challenging, this class can also be modified for all fitness levels.

STRENGTH

Strength is a non-cardio class designed to strengthen and tone the entire body. We use a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells. We also incorporate the best piece of equipment around, your body, as body weight exercises are a great way to train for every day activities. Studies show that you can increase your metabolism by increasing your lean body mass and losing body fat, and one of the best ways to do this is through strength training. Beginners and advanced participants will find this class suitable, with exercise modifications being shown.

ULTIMATE CONDITIONING

Combine cardiovascular training and strength training, while adding intervals, for an experience that will challenge you from week to week. This ultimate conditioning provides a variety of exercises for a full body workout. You can take the intensity as high as you wish, and modifications and options will be provided so that all levels of fitness will find success.
