I specialize in helping my client change their life through fitness and nutrition. I provide the coaching and accountability to facilitate permanent lifestyle changes leading to a healthy body. Everyones needs differ and I create programs individually tailored by incorporating resistance training, Pilates Reformer workouts, cardio, flexibility training, mind/body work, diet/nutrition coaching and supplementation recommendations. There are many paths to fitness and my role is to help you find the one that works for you.
Fitness is my passion. I became a trainer because my trainers helped me lose 50 pounds, keep it off and get fit. Becoming fit and healthy changed my life and I think it can change yours too.
