Philosophy

I have been involved in sports and fitness for the majority of my life. The things that I’ve been able to experience and learn over time have made me more knowledgeable in many areas of sports and fitness. I’ve trained athletes and clients of all ages and experience levels. I believe functional training, which is “training the body for everyday life” is vital to clients to make proper progressions through a fitness program. A functional training program will increase your strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance. Once the proper fitness foundation is set, you can proceed into other fitness areas.
