As a trainer with 15+ years of experience, I specialize in complete fitness training through cardio, strength and flexibility. Pilates based philosophy that emphasizes core strength through any movement and high intensity training (H.I.T.) to maximize cardio and muscle endurance.
Fitness should be a daily priority, just like brushing your teeth. Fitness does not stagnate. The body should and needs to be challenged at every stage of one’s life. My mindset is to challenge your body beyond the limits you believe exist and reach your ultimate potential at any age. The goal is to develop the ‘fittest’ balanced body.
