Since becoming a fitness instructor, I have found a true passion in motivating people and watching individuals push themselves a little harder and realizing they are capable of it! My philosophy is to make exercise a top priority while having FUN doing it. Having an individualized workout plan and understanding how to fuel your body is the key for success. You will never regret exercising, but you will always regret NOT exercising. Setting goals both large and small can help your motivation and dedication on the journey to find a healthy balanced lifestyle. I thrive on watching individuals achieve their goals.
