I can effectively assist clients in reaching and/or maintaining a healthy body weight/composition and in exercising in a way that corrects imbalances, thereby reducing aches and pains. I am passionate about these areas because I have experience with them through my own struggles with joint dysfunction (injuries) and body composition (excess body fat). Now my interest is continuing to learn so that I can help others who may deal with these same concerns. Seeing the results my clients are looking for is what motivates me.
Our bodies will return the favor when we take care of them properly. The problem is that sometimes we’re not sure exactly what our bodies’ need. I train first to develop the stability in the body to perform functional exercises without perpetuating, and in order to reduce, imbalances in the body that may be causing dysfunction. Once the stability is there, add endurance, and an increase in strength to the equation. I believe we all must enjoy training in order to make it a habit and experience optimal results. I will bring variety and challenge to workouts so that you will be engaged and feel a sense of accomplishment and competition with yourself.
